With over 12 years of experience teaching group fitness, Chrissy Snyder leads a class that is centered and poised. Chrissy specializes in balancing strength and flexibility with a yoga practice that is challenging and playful. As a 6x Boston Marathon runner, Chrissy has found that, even on the yoga mat, with every uphill there is a down hill.
