Pilates Fusion

Pilates Fusion is an energizing, beat-driven class that combines elements of Pilates with barre, dance, and functional movement patterns. You can expect a full body workout where each teacher adds their own personal flair. This class is a bit faster paced than our traditional Pilates Mat class. All levels are welcome!
