This class is inspired by exercises from the Pilates reformer. Utilizing a small Pilates ball, we'll recreate movement patterns that create awareness, challenge stability and help organize the body in all planes of motion. You can expect a standing warmup, hip mobility, sneaky triceps work and juicy full spinal extension.
