Ease into the rest of your day with a flow class that offers a little bit of everything. You’ll work range of motion in your spine, find release in your hips/hamstrings while also opening the chest and shoulders. For much of the class, you’ll find smooth and fluid movement to build heat in the body, closing with some seated postures to relax into blissful rest.
