We will move step by step towards camel. Engage the muscles of the core and back body as support for heart opening. Warm in sun salutes, lunges, and locust pose. Explore ustrasana (camel) with the use of blocks, and make our way to the floor for cooling counter stretches. 

Online students will need a yoga mat, two blocks, and a strap.
