Clear away some of the stagnancy from winter as we (finally) embrace the warmer and longer days. You'll gently begin to open up the side body with lateral movement and build upon that freedom through movement in the sagittal and transverse planes (front/back and twisting). We'll close class with some dynamic movements to clear the side waist and top it off with opening the hips.
