Any class with the Theraband lends itself to being more of a strength and stability focused workout, but this class in particular covers the shoulder girdle, pecs, triceps, obliques, and glute medius. If you don't have one of these bands at home, you can sub in a dish towel or go bodyweight only and follow all the same movement patterns.
