Gradually build up shoulder and hip mobility so that you can fully fly into your eagle pose! We'll flow through seated and standing postures to find better opening in the shoulders and hips for a full standing balance at the end of class. Matching eagle wrap standing, we'll find a similar shape seated to find even additional opening in the hips and upper back. 

Props Needed: Recommend 2 blocks, a strap if you've got tight shoulders
