Restorative yoga with guided meditations, Restore is designed to trigger the relaxation response. Expect restorative postures, long held stretches, body scans, and mindfulness meditations. This class will reduce stress, improve sleep, and help to quiet your mind.

Online students will need a yoga mat, 2 blocks, and a blanket (or beach/bath towel).
