This class will leave you feeling loose in the hamstrings and light in the heart! Starting with a supported fish pose to open the shoulders and the heart, you'll work your way into some standing backbends and twists to free up the spine while building strength in your legs. Class will close with additional forward folds to counter all the heart opening and make space in the hips/hamstrings. 

Props Needed: Recommend 2 blocks, a blanket if you have sensitive knees
