This flow class will give you opportunity to move your shoulders and your upper back in many different ways. Easing into your shoulder mobility at the start of class, you'll work your way into some back bends, binds and twists. Eventually you'll build up to dolphin pose to finish off class.  

Props Needed: Recommend 2 blocks, a blanket if you have sensitive knees, a strap if you have tight shoulders
