The recent solar eclipse has influenced this class! Open with layers of Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations) and just a couple Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). Sweep the arms across the sky in some shoulder rotations. A strap helps us with some more shoulder/side-body space, and with a Krounchasana (Heron Pose) from the floor. Finish with a triumphant Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon).
