I dabbled in so many forms of movement growing up (skating, dance, volleyball), but it wasn't until a friend dragged me to a yoga class in the early aughts that I was able to fully connect with myself. I remember...
Work with a few Konasana shapes today as we create space along the inner thigh and practice the skill of moving shoulder to knee. Rocking lunges, pumping squats, twists and some balancing shapes help us open the hip from all directions. Baddha Konasana and Upavistha Konasana make appearances, and we close out with a rearing horse and a seated archer. 

Two blocks and a blanket recommended.
