This class focuses on the wonder that is the myofascial sling. Using a Pilates ball and a light set of hand weights, we work the four primary slings in the body through a series of diagonal movement patterns. Myofascial slings are complex connections of muscle, fascia, and ligament, which help support the deep core (and in turn stabilize the trunk) and assist with movement and stability of the lumbar spine and pelvis. It doesn’t get much better than that.
