This class focuses on rolling and stretching your hamstrings. We work on finding “neutral” through the pelvis. We also explore 2nd chakra and awareness of the emotional body. This one feels really good on your lower back!

Online participants, you need props for this class! Make sure you have two tennis balls and a long sock or two Yoga Tune Up balls, 2 yoga blocks, a blanket or big towel, and a strap or dish towel.
