Hip health! Roll out the quads and outer hips (and a little shoulder action). Some challenging quad and hip strength with a good stretch at the end. Your hips will feel lubricated and ready to rock!

You need props for this class! Make sure you have two tennis balls and a tube sock (or any long sock) and a foam roller. Yoga blocks.
