Give your quads and hip flexors some love. Warmer days encourage us to re-open the front body, and we use behind-the-back binds of the foot to create space in the chest, shoulder, and frontal hip. Sequence includes some belly-down backbends and standing balances. 

Two blocks, blanket, and strap recommended.
