Ashtanga is a dynamic method of yoga synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures resulting in a light body and a calm mind.  This led class is appropriate for most students as it explores the basic components of the practice within traditional and non-traditional sequence options.  Focus is on safely developing a routine of self-discipline and, eventually, a life-long personal practice.
