Pilates Fusion is an energizing, beat-driven class that combines elements of Pilates with barre and functional movement patterns. You can expect a full-body workout with equal amounts of mat-based and standing exercises covering all planes of motion. While this class is faster-paced than our Mat Pilates class, all levels are welcome!
