Get fancy with your handy-dandy yoga strap and connect to the shoulder actions we use in Salabhasana (Locust Pose) and similar shapes, like Dekasana (Airplane Pose) and Baddha Virabhadrasana (Humble Warrior). The back body gets lots of strengthening in this class, and the front body receives plenty of opening.
