Roll and Recover.

Roll and Recover is designed to alleviate aches and pains, reduce stress, and prevent injuries. This highly accessible class offers a combination of rolling with yoga based strength and mobility.
 
This class is both nourishing and energizing, and is the perfect supplement to any movement and mindfulness practice. If you've ever said, "I need to do yoga but I'm too inflexible." this is the class for you!

Online participants, you need props for this class! Make sure you have two tennis balls and a long sock or two Yoga Tune Up balls, 2 yoga blocks, and a blanket or big towel.
